Nickolas W. Jekogian, III, a New York City based real estate entrepreneur, is President and CEO of Signature Group Investments.  His holdings including apartment buildings throughout the United States with Signature Group, and retail shopping center developments on the east coast with Site Development.  Mr. Jekogian was involved in the real estate roll out along the entire east coast of one of the fastest growing retailers ever, Commerce Bank, from the early stages until the end in 2007 with its sale for over $8.2 Billion.  In 2011, Mr. Jekogian became the CEO of Presidential Realty, a New York City based public REIT.  Mr. Jekogian has been an active investor in early stage companies for over a decade.

Mr. Jekogian is on the board of Paradigm Initiative Nigeria, a social enterprise that prepares and connects Nigerian youth with career opportunities in technology.  He is an endurance athlete who competes in ultra-distance marathons, triathlons with distances over 280 miles, and multi-day adventure races. Mr. Jekogian is a mentor for Ashoka, a global non-profit organization that helps social entrepreneurs to change the world.  He has been involved in funding start-up companies in developing countries.  Mr. Jekogian resides with his wife Yael Jekogian and their two young daughters in Manhattan.
